October 30, 2015 - The White House refused to turn over the emails between President Obama and Secretary Clinton in defiance of a House Benghazi Committee subpoena. October 19, 2015 - A hacker got into the personal emails of the directors of the CIA and Homeland Security. The CIA directors account had classified information on it.
October 18, 2015 - An email contained a 2002 Memorandum for the President from then Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to then President George W. Bush. The Memorandum was initially classified Secret/Noforn. Part of the Memorandum was declassified on April 1, 2012. Secretary Clinton's server contained a 2002 Memorandum for the President from then Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to then President George W. Bush. October 5, 2015 - Datto, Inc. turned over the information it had in cloud storage that it backed up from Secretary Hillary Clinton's server to the FBI.
September 25, 2015 - The White House confirmed Secretary Clinton had not turned over all her business related documents from when she was Secretary of State to the government. The State Department turned over an additional 925 emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

December 2014 - North Korean hackers forced Sony to stop the release of the movie "The Interview".
December 17, 2014 - The U.S. released 3 Cuban spies, including one who was serving two life sentences in exchange for a U.S. contractor and a U.S. spy.
July 12, 2012 - Secretary Clinton's chief of staff at the State Department, Cheryl Mills, send an email classified "Confidential" to the Clinton Foundation's foreign policy director, Amitabh Desai.
July 9, 2010 - The U.S. government reduced the sentences of 10 Russian spies to time served, 11 days, and exchanged them for 4 Russians who were accused of having contact with Western intelligence services. One of the Russian spies, Vicky Pelaez, was a U.S. citizen.

August 2013 - Reuters reported the DEA uses "Parallel construction" in its criminal cases. A process whereby it conceals the origins of the evidence collected against defendents. The procedure has been in place since the 1990s.
August 6, 2013 - Federal agents and Maryland state police seized the private reporting notes of journalist Audrey Hudson. The seizure was made while executing a search warrant in an unrelated criminal investigation.
July 24, 2013 - A group of Missouri College Republicans were denied entry to President Obama's University of Central Missouri speech despite having tickets.
July 20, 2013 - Renee Vaughan, a left wing activist, held up a sign at a pro-Zimmerman rally in Houston, Texas that read "We're Racist and Proud". She also shouted, We're racist. We're proud. We're better because we're white." The Associated Press sent a photgraph of Renee Vaughan and her sign across the wire. News outlets printed it. The New York Daily News printed the photgraph with the caption, "A George Zimmerman supporter holds a sign during a counter-demonstration of activist Quanell X's group march in the River Oaks community in Houston on Sunday." July 2013 - The law offices of Schulman & Mathias, which represent State Department whistle blower Aurelia Fedenisn, were broken in to. Three computers were stolen and the intruder broke into the firm's file cabinets.
January 2013 - The IRS posted 2,319 social security numbers on an open internet site. This is one of at least 10 examples of social security numbers being posted on an insecure government web site.
The Department of Justice Inspector General confirmed U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke leaked a document to smear John Dodson. Tracy Schmaler and other Department of Justice officials discussed smearing Dodson.
The Department of Justice subpoenaed phone records of the AP and individual reporters.
June 7, 2013 - The Justice Department filed a motion to keep an 86-page court opinion that determined the government conducted survellance in violation of the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
April 2013 - The U.S. released Mojtaba Atarodi, who was arrested for trying to get equipment for Iran's nuclear program. In 2012 the U.S. released Shahrzad Mir Gholikhan, Nosratollah Tajik, and Amir Hossein Seirafi. The Iranians released Sarah Shourd and Shane Bauer and some others as part of an exchange deal.
March 2013 - Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) asked The Honorable James R. Clapper "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?" General Clapper answered; "Not wittingly. There are cases where they could inadvertently perhaps, collect -- but not wittingly." In June 2013 the NSA admitted to being able to listen to telephone conversations and emails at the discretion of its intel analysts.
NSA Freedom of Information Act officer Cindy Blacker, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, claimed: "There's no central method to search an email at this time with the way our records are set up, unfortunately."
March 2013 - Vice Presidential staffer Dana Rosenweig demanded credentialed student journalist Jeremy Barr delete photographs he had taken at the event. She also demanded he show her his iPhone to confirm he didn't save any of the photographs.
February 2013 - Christopher Dorner went on a killing spree that left two police officers and two civilians dead. In his manifesto containing the movie for his actions he praised President Obama, among others.

September 16, 2012 - About midnight Los Angeles County deputies, at the request of the federal probation department, took the person believed to be Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, who is believed to be the person who made the film Innocence of Muslims in for a "voluntary interview." September 2012 - The White House twice asked Google, Inc. to take an anti-Islamic film off YouTube. Federal agents are attempting to identify the film maker.

An Environmental Protection Agency cleanup crew spilled 1 million gallons of wastewater into the Animas River. The river turned orange. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell refused to testify about the investigation into the spill.
A British Petroleum oil rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, 2010. It spewed over 184 million gallons of oil. Oil spewed from the broken well for 86 days. Within two weeks of the incident the U.S. declined assistance from:
