Two HH-60 crews (Jolly 23 & Jolly 24) and an HC-130 crew won the Jolly Green Association 2003 Rescue Mission of the Year Award. The HH-60 crew included:

November 12, 2004 - Groundfire shot down a UH-60 and wounded three crew members.
October 7, 2004 - A HH-60H of (HS) 15 crashed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The seven on board received minor injuries.
September 21, 2004 - A UH-60 crash injured four soldiers.
January 8, 2004 - Enemy fire shot down a UH-60 and killed nine soldiers.
November 15, 2003 - Enemy fire shot down two Blackhawks. Ground fire struck one UH-60 which collided with the other. The incident killed 17 soldiers and injured five.
October 25, 2003 - An RPG shot down a Blackhawk and wounded a crew member.
October 21, 2003 - An exploding tire killed a soldier and injured another soldier.
September 2, 2003 - A UH-60 crashed and killed a soldier and injured another soldier.
February 25, 2003 - An army UH-60A, Serial Number 88-26083, crashed in Kuwait killing all four crew members.
August 14, 2003 - a Blackhawk accidentally knocked down a banner. The mishap killed one Iraqi and wounded four others.
May 11, 2003 - A UH-60 crash killed three soldiers and wounded another soldier.
April 2, 2003 - A UH-60 was lost. The crash killed six and wounded four.
LIBERIA

HH-60Gs of the 56th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, flew 41 US Marines to Monrovia and evacuated 23 people on July 21, 2003. The serial Numbers of the helicopters were 6109, 6206, and 6212.

June 21, 2006 - While trying to med-evac a mortally wounded soldier a UH-60 hoist malfunctioned and killed a crew member.
October 22, 2005 - A UH-60 made a hard landing and injured four on-board, one seriously.
A USAF HH-60 crashed. The crash killed one airman and injured two others.
A U.S. Army UH-60 crashed. The crash killed one crew member and injured the other three. The crash also injured 11 U.S.M.C. passengers.
A USAF HH-60G Pave Hawk crashed in Afghanistan March 23, 2003. Six crew members died in the crash.
A Blackhawk supporting the first commando raid into Afghanistan crashed in Pakistan. Two US Army Rangers died in the crash.
A USAF HH-60 crashed on August 13, 2002. The crash slightly injured six crew members. The helicopter had just shuttled a civilian to a military hospital. One of the injured was SSgt Donovan Chapman.
A US Army UH-60 crashed in Afghanistan, killing all four crew members.

Involved in rescuing the downed F-117A and F-16 pilots.
On 5/2/99 an MH-60 on a rescue mission received some damage from small arms fire. The helicopter received hits in the fuselage and left engine cowling.

March 15, 2018 - Two HH-60G Pave Hawks MEDEVACED a mariner from the MSC Flavia who was suffering a life-threatening illness.
August 2017 - USAF HH-60G Pave Hawks from the 41st Rescue Squadron assisted in the Hurricane Harvey relief effort.
August 25, 2017 - A U.S. H-60 crashed off the coast of Yemen. One service member is missing, 5 have been rescued.
December 13, 2016 - An HH-60 from the USAF 33rd Rescue Squadron rescued 5 U.S. Marines from an MV-22 that landed in shallow water.
August 18, 2016 - Human error causes an HH-60, Pave Hawk, to crash at Nellis AFB, NV. The crew members were injured and the HH-60 was a total loss.
May 6, 2016 - An H-60 Seahawk rescued a USMC pilot whose Harrier crashed into the Altantic Ocean off the coast of Wilmington, NC.
March 28, 2015 - An HH-60 rescued 2 Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 crew members who ejected safely.
December 15, 2014 - A HH-60G rescued a fisherman of the California coast.
June 2014 - An SH-60 from the USS Ingraham tracked the Maria Bonita that was carrying 793 kilograms of cocaine.
April 2014 - US Navy MH-60S helicopters were participated in the search and rescue operations of a South Korean ferry.
April 17, 2014 - A US Navy MH-60S of HSC-25 rescued two hikers near Tarzan Falls, Guam.
January 13, 2014 - An SH-60B attached to the USS Rentz detected and intercepted a vessel carrying 313 kilograms of cocaine.

March 14, 2006 - A USAF Pave Hawk rescued a US Marine and a Japanese National from the waters off Okinawa. The Pave Hawk crew included 2nd Lt. Timothy L. James and SSgt. Mark Molar.
March 14, 2006 - A Korean HH-60 rescued a downed USAF F-16 pilot from the West Sea.

August 30, 2005 - Two MH-60s took off at 1700 Local to Assist Search and Rescue Operations in the aftermath of Hurricane Kathrina.
August 5, 2005 - An HH-60G Pave Hawk rescued a USMC family member in Japan. The crew included; Lt Col John Dallin, TSgt Brandon Casteel, & SrA Matt Morrow.
May 11, 2005 - Two H-60s were involved in an incident where a Cessna 150 flew into the restricted zone near Washington, DC.
HH-60Gs Pave Hawks rescued 168 stranded students and 19 staff from a flood in Nevada.

December 22, 2004 - A USAF, HH-60G assisted a stranded civilian pilot in Fairbanks, Alaska.
An SB-60B Seahawk from the USS John K. Hall located a speed boat which was carrying 3,500 lbs (73 Bales) of cocaine.
September 14, 2004 - Two HH-60G Pave Hawks med-evaced a Russian sailor from a Russian destroyer. Those involed in the mission included:
Maj (Dr) Brian Tollefson, Capt. Ron Henderson (Aircraft Commander), TSgt Eric Barry (Pararescueman), SSgt Jason Marfell (Pararescueman), & SSgt Jamie Sowels (Flight Engineer)
August 26, 2004 - An HH-60 flew a mission to rescue the pilot of a Kolb Fire Star II ultralight in Alaska. MSgt Paul Barendregt was a Pararescueman on that mission.
An SH-60B from the USS Curts flew a Coast Guard sailor with a medical emergency from the USCG Buoy Tender Sequoia to Mexico. PO2 Juan Toole was one of the SH-60B crew members.
Two SH-60Bs (Jaguar 605 & Easyrider 57) tracked and helped capture a "go-fast" boat. The boat contained 72 x 50lb bales of cocaine.
June 24, 2004 - an HH-60 of the 305th Rescue Squadron rescued two firefighters. Those involved in the rescue included:
Maj. Jeffrey Macrander (Aircraft Commander), 2nd Lt. Daniel Lake (Pararescueman), & MSgt James Sanchez (Pararescueman)
Two USAF HH-60s rescued a civilian in a stricken 52' sail boat. Those involved in the rescue included SSgt Jeffret Hedglin and SrA Tom Pearce.
SH-60Bs assisted in rescuing 24 mariners in the collission of the Motorized Vessel Everton and the fishing boat Chun Ying.
March 1, 2004 - An HH-60G Pave Hawk rescued Ted Greene, the pilot of a crashed Piper PA-15.
HSL-45 "Wolf Pack", which flies SH-60Bs has 95,000 accident-free flight hours. They haven't had an accident for 16 years.
January 25, 2004 - An HH-60H transported injured Merchant Seaman Giovanni Cutugno from the Italian Merchant Ship Isolaverde to the USS George Washington.
An HH-60 of the 920th RQW rescued two shrip boat crew members. MSgt Michael Ziegler was one of the pararescue members on the mission.

Two SF-60Fs of HS-75 "Emerald Knights" found five victims (four survivors) or the commercial fishing vessel "Diamond Shoals" which sank off the Florida Coast. (February 2, 2003)
April 26, 2008 - Two HH0G Pave Hawks saved six migrants in distress in the Gulf of Mexico. November 7, 2012 - A RAF Lakenheath a USAF HH-60G had to make a precautionary landing after a windshield motor failed and filled the cockpit with smoke.
December 5, 2019 - A Minnesota Army National Guard UH-60 crashed in Minnesota.
March 15, 2018 - An HH-60 Pave Hawk crashed in Iraq. Captain Mark K. Weber, Captain Andreas B. O'Keeffe, Captain Christopher T. Zanetis, Master Sergeant Christopher J. Raguso, Staff Sergeant Dashan J. Briggs, Master Sergeant William R. Posch, & Staff Sergeant Carl P. Enis died in the crash.
April 17, 2017 - A U.S. Army H-60 crashed in Maryland. Spc. Jeremy Darrell Tomlin was killed and Captain Terikazu Onoda & Chief Warrant Officer Christopher Nicholas were injured.
March 10, 2014 - A UH-60 crashed in Florida. The 7 marines and 4 soldiers on board are missing.
December 3, 2014 - A UH-60 crashed in South Carolina. The crew survived.
January 7, 2014 - A flock of geese crashed into a USAF HH-60 Pave Hawk. This caused a crash which killed all 4 crew members. This happened on the Norfolk coast of Great Britain.
September 22, 2013 - An MH-60S Knighthawk crashed into the Red Sea. The 5 crew members are missing.
August 5, 2013 - A USAF UH-60 crashed in Japan. One airman was killed.
November 8, 2007 - A U.S. Army UH-60 crashed in Italy and killed six soldiers and airmen of the 11 on board. Those killed include:
Staff Sgt. Robert D. Rogers, Staff Sgt. Mark A. Spence, Senior Airman Kenneth P. Hauprich, Jr.
Those injured include; Technical Sgt. Tanisha A. Pryor, Senior Airman Michael J. Costley and Senior Airman Joshua A. Hanak
September 24, 2007 - An MH-60S crashed in Guam. One crew member died, another had a broken arm, the other two received minor injuries.
January 26, 2007 - An MH-60S from the USS Bonhomme Richard crashed off the coast of California. All four crew members were killed.
December 13, 2005 - A U.S. Navy SH-60B crashed off the coast of Columbia killing Lt. Christopher H. Snyder, Lt.j.g. Nicolas J. Juron, and PO2 John N. Kaye III.
May 11, 2005 - A USAF HH-60G crash in New Mexico killed TSgt Scott A. Bobbitt and injured two others.
January 13, 2005 - A Columbian Army Blackhawk crashed and killed all 20 soldier on board.
January 10, 2005 - A US Navy SH-60 crashed while on a Tsunami relief flight. The crash injured the 10 crew members, 6 seriously.
November 29, 2004 - A US Army UH-60 crashed and killed seven soldiers.
April 27, 2004 - A US Army UH-60 crashed and killed all three crew members.
August 7, 2003 - A US Army Blackhawk, Serial Number 84-23954, of 377th Medical Company crashed in South Korea.
February 2003 - A Columbian Army helicopter crashed and killed 23 soldiers.
March 11, 2002 - A US Army Blackhawk crashed in New York State. Eleven of the 13 soldiers on board died in the crash. The crash wounded the other two. The Blackhawk belonged to the 10th Mountain Division, 2nd Aviation Brigade.
December 12, 2002 - A US Army Blackhawk of 1st Btn., 228th Aviation Regiment, crashed in Honduras. The crash killed five soldiers.
On September 6, 2002 an SH-60B crashed. A KCBS-Los Angeles TV camera operator died in the crash.
May 30, 2002 - an HH-60 of the 939th Rescue Wing crashed while participating in the rescue of three mountain climbers on Mount Hood, OR.
January 16, 2001 - 94-26564 crashed injuring five.
